The complimentary breakfast was a gem with homemade organic treats, and the nearby Casa Reyna is unbeatable for breakfast. The location is prime, just steps from bustling avenues, and the hotel feels cozy with ample USB ports for charging those foodie pics!

Front desk staff might as well be robots-they seem like they'd lose a pay cut for cracking a smile!

The food was good - plenty of options...

My room included climate control, multi-channel television and a writing table. The bed was big, a bath worked well. Location: the hotel was near to city center, the main bus terminal to Cholula and an arch to another door.

This hotel is a complete overload of disappointment. The noise from the boulevard is impossible, and the balcony is utterly useless without furniture. To top it off, I expected to be compensated for my dreadful stay, but the staff just shrugged it off. Almost gave a good review, but definitely not after that experience. Just sad, really.

very enjoyable stay, as always. fantastic, 4-star hotel with attentive staff and excellent wifi. well-equipped rooms with large beds, great value.

My room was spacious with amazing views of the volcano. Check-in was a bit slow, but the restaurant staff made up for it with their friendliness! Watch out for cleanliness details though.

We faced challenges with our room key not working multiple times, leading to repeated trips to the front desk for reactivation. After a long day of travel, it was disappointing that our rooms weren't ready at check-in, which caused unnecessary waiting. We received noise complaints and felt unsafe when someone mistakenly entered our room at night due to a key mix-up, unacceptable.

Ikonik hotel offers spacious rooms with plenty of outlets and a fantastic view of popping volcano from the balcony. Everything was supersuper clean and cozy. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful! The location is perfect, right near a shopping center with great restaurants.

Stayed at ikonik hotel for 2 nights in a beautiful double room with balcony. The room size was great, and the many outlets were super handy. The view of the erupting popo volcano from my balcony was amazing! Plus, the fitness center was a nice bonus for working out.

the only downside was the check-in process could be a bit smoother.

The check-in was frustrating, and we faced issues with our room readiness. The restaurant staff were kind and helped remedy our spirits. An unexpected tip , verify your room amenities upon arrival to avoid surprises later.

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the main plaza. I really appreciated the electrical outlets and USB ports in my room, they made charging my devices easy, crucial for someone always on the go like me.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.
